Kathleen Dick Leslie, attorney at law and member of the Maryland Bar, provides outsourced legal services for nonprofit organizations. With over twenty-five years’ legal experience—ten of those years within nonprofit organizations—Kathleen will take a systematic yet organic approach to identifying potential legal issues as well as opportunities for your operations, and provide a holistic legal assessment tailored to your organization’s needs.

She emphasizes risk management first and foremost—proactive planning to avoid future legal situations.

Kathleen can provide an Initial Nonprofit Legal Assessment for both established and new nonprofits, which includes a one-hour consultation to discuss your business needs followed by the preparation of an initial risk management plan (*Fee: $500).
